**Child and Family Health Practitioner**

**About the Role**:
The Child and Family Health Practitioner will be responsible for working collaboratively with clients, practice staff and other health services to coordinate multidisciplinary care and services to clients of Waminda, within guidelines of the Minga Gudjaga Midwifery Program
**Tenure**:
- Flexible up to 35 hours per week
- Salary is in accordance with the new modern NursesAward 2020 - Level 4 and Social. Community, Home Care and Disability Support Service Award 2010 for conditions of employment.
