Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our clinical team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower their colleagues to achieve excellent standards of care. They will be responsible for providing expert clinical knowledge and guidance to ensure the highest possible outcomes for our residents.
As a Registered Nurse, you will work closely with the Clinical Care Manager to deliver care that is centered around the individual needs and preferences of each resident. This will involve working collaboratively with other members of the team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique requirements of each individual.
Key duties and responsibilities include assisting with the care delivery in the home, conducting regular audits of care plans to ensure they remain up-to-date and relevant, and actively engaging with residents to promote their independence and dignity.
Requirements include being qualified and NMC registered as a Registered Nurse (RN), having 1 year post-registration experience, and possessing a proven track record of leading and motivating a clinical team. Experience delivering high-quality relationship-centered care is also essential.
