About the Role:
* Provide on-site or in-house repairs, sales, servicing, and maintenance for various fluid transfer systems and equipment.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently, ensuring timely resolutions.
* Conduct regular preventive maintenance to enhance equipment lifespan and performance.
* Collaborate with customers to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Maintain accurate records of safety, service, invoicing, and inventory levels in the service vehicle.
Requirements:
* Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and confidently as well as part of a team.
* Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
* Maintains a professional appearance at all times.
* Strong commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and meeting standards.
* Prior experience as a Mobile Service Technician, Fitter, or Mechanical Trade professional (preferred but not mandatory).
* Holding a valid WA driver's license.
