Chandler Macleod are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Workforce Coordinator to join our clients dynamic team for a 12-month full-time temporary contract.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in coordinating and supporting program workforce activities, including sourcing, onboarding, and offboarding resources
* Monitor project timelines and key deliverables to ensure workforce alignment with organisational objectives
* Develop, maintain, and analyse information to support workforce planning and decision-making
* Support the delivery of project staffing needs in compliance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of workforce coordination processes
* Carry out additional duties as directed by the APS line manager, including liaising with internal and external stakeholders
To be suitable for the role you will have:
* Previous experience in workforce coordination or HR support
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
* Proficiency in MS Office and workforce management systems
* Baseline Security Clearance is mandatory
