About the Role
The Finance Advisory Performance and Procurement team is seeking a Senior Financial Business Analyst to support ongoing maintenance and future development of MyOutcomes, the Department's financial and business reporting tool based on the Calumo report and analysis product.
* Maintain financial reporting systems to meet statutory and whole-of-government obligations.
* Develop, review and improve reporting systems and business processes.
* Assess functionality of new system releases for suitability and alignment with business needs.
* Build and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders to support adoption of new reporting and automation features.
* Lead consultations to capture, analyze and report performance against targets.
* Coordinate development, user testing and post-release review processes to enhance report quality and continuous improvement.
* Data management and data analysis experience, as well as exposure to databases and query languages like SQL, would be desirable and advantageous.
This role will involve analyzing current financial and corporate reporting structures within MyOutcomes, coordinating and embedding development lifecycle processes to facilitate continuous improvement of the Department's reporting, and overseeing the day-to-day operation of MyOutcomes' financial and planning processes to support business finance and advisory teams.
