As a highly skilled Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily hotel operations and ensuring a seamless guest experience.


Job Overview

The Senior Duty Manager is responsible for leading the front desk team, managing guest relations, and ensuring that all departments work together effectively.

* Operational Oversight: Manage daily hotel operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies. Supervise front desk activities and ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes.
* Guest Relations: Engage with guests to address concerns, handle complaints, and ensure satisfaction. Foster a welcoming environment and exceed guest expectations.
* Crisis Management: Respond effectively to emergencies and unexpected situations, ensuring guest and staff safety. Implement solutions quickly and efficiently.
* Reporting and Administration: Prepare and review reports related to hotel operations, occupancy rates, and guest feedback. Assist in budgeting and financial planning.

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Proficiency in hotel management software is also essential.


Qualifications and Requirements
