About the Team
The Provider and Worker Risk section, under the Regulatory Operating Model, consolidates teams focusing on assessing and ensuring compliance with the Aged Care Code of Conduct, including worker behaviour and provider practices.
About the Role
Investigators – Code of Conduct conduct case management and investigations, which includes enquiries with providers and workers, report writing, and escalating serious issues for further action. Responsibilities include:
Reviewing and analysing intelligence to identify trends related to worker conduct or provider compliance.
Performing risk assessments and recommending actions.
Managing lower-level enquiries and referring serious issues appropriately.
Preparing accurate documentation for case closures or escalations.
Managing daily priorities and adjusting timelines as needed.
Responding to internal and external enquiries and supporting the development of operational materials.
Engaging with external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, within legal parameters.
Providing secretariat support, including meetings, documentation, and communication monitoring.
Fostering positive working relationships within the section and the broader organization.
The salary is between $86,204 – $93,226 per annum, plus 15.4% superannuation. Roles are available on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis, with the initial non-ongoing period up to 12 months and potential extension.
