Job Title: Manager Secretariat
We are seeking a highly skilled Manager Secretariat to oversee ministerial liaison and secretariat functions between the department and Northern Territory Parliamentary offices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the agency's ministerial liaison and secretariat function to provide high-quality executive support and administrative services.
* Provide leadership, advice, guidance, and training to department staff on executive government processes.
* Evaluate and develop best practice solutions to ensure high-quality delivery of services.
* Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Proven experience working in a ministerial liaison unit providing efficient support and accurate advice.
* Able to manage and execute Ministerial and Cabinet related processes.
* High-level ability to accurately edit complex briefings and reports.
* Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Able to handle confidential and sensitive matters.
* Adaptable under pressure with changing priorities.
* Established leadership capabilities to manage a team and corporate functions.
* Able to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
Desirable:
Recent relevant tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
