What's on Offer
* Great pay: $34+ per hour, depending on experience (could be higher)
* Full‐time, permanent role with super, leave, and job security
* Monday–Friday schedule, weekends to yourself
* Upskilling support: Opportunity to complete a Certificate III in Parks & Gardens while you work
* Variety across residential and boutique commercial maintenance sites
Your Role Day-to-Day
You'll be maintaining beautiful, high‐end gardens — ensuring they're always looking their best.
Typical tasks include:
* Mowing, edging, hedging, pruning, and mulching
* Weed and pest management
* Planting, garden clean‐ups, and soil improvements
* Working with irrigation and basic maintenance systems
* Collaborating with a skilled and supportive team

Requirements
* Experience in garden or grounds maintenance (residential or commercial)
* Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
* Positive, proactive attitude and a love for working outdoors
* Current QLD driver's licence and reliable transport
* A team‐focused mindset and great communication skills
