What We're Looking For
Proven experience in
insurance broking
Experience in entry-level customer service or support roles within general insurance for junior broking roles
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and markets
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
Tier 1 or Tier 2 Insurance qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
A client-first mindset and a proactive approach to service
