We are located in close proximity to cafes and restaurants, ensuring a vibrant lunch break experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the general manager with daily functions.
- Collaborate with the team to provide administrative support, including onboarding new staff, reviewing staff timesheets, managing leave requests, and maintaining calendars.
- Review and update corporate documentation and policies.
- Perform general reception duties, including telephone management.
- Support diary management, travel arrangements, logistics support, and coordination of meetings with internal stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Experience in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- Knowledge of Xero payroll (training provided)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of computer literacy
- Confident telephone manner and a strong customer service focus
- High standards of integrity and reliability
- Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with the team
