Associate Electrical Engineer
to join their Melbourne team.
This is a key leadership position offering the opportunity to
take ownership of a growing electrical division, work across
major healthcare and data centre projects, and play a pivotal role in
winning work and building a high-performing team .
Key Responsibilities
Lead the
design and delivery of electrical building services projects
Develop and maintain
strong client relationships
Contribute to
business development and winning new projects
Provide
technical leadership and mentoring
to junior engineers
Oversee project performance including
program, quality, and financials
About You
10+ years’ experience in
electrical building services design
Proven project experience within
healthcare or data centres
Strong
client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated ability to
win work or contribute to business development
Experience
leading or mentoring teams
Solid understanding of
Australian standards and local market
