In this role, you will ensure the delivery of value to our customers and internal stakeholders through high-quality customer delivery of ITSCM Services, with the goal of Disaster Recovery readiness aligned with the customers' Service Continuity Plans.This role is preferably based near our Canberra, Melbourne, or Sydney offices.

Note: Due to customer requirements requiring AGSVA clearances, you must be an Australian Citizen to be eligible for this role.
Current AGSVA Baseline or NV1 Clearances are highly desirable, with the ability to obtain the required clearance.What You'll DoLead Disaster Recovery teams in assessing, developing, coordinating, and communicating recovery environment requirements and plans for our customers.Ensure Disaster Recovery plans comply with relevant legislation and organisational insurance requirements.Identify recovery requirements for new applications and systems, manage the implementation of recovery and availability techniques, and review periodically for ongoing validity.Maintain monthly status reports, plans, and other Disaster Recovery documentation.Represent the ITSCM service to customers and lead engagement efforts.Deliver high-quality ITSCM services ensuring compliance with customer and Datacom policies, processes, and procedures.Ensure all stakeholders adhere to processes aligned with customer requirements and best practices.Support customer Business Continuity and ITSCM projects as needed.What you will Bring:5+ years of experience in commercial IT, with a background in mainframe and client/server technologies.Thorough knowledge of information systems, operating systems, databases, and networking.Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to develop productive relationships with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers.Strong verbal and written communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups.We are an agile company, responsive to changing customer, technology, and stakeholder needs, and we encourage roles to evolve accordingly.Why join us at Datacom?
