*PART TIME POSITION*
CALLING - Motivated and organised individuals with experience in office management OR reception
The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of a serviced office facility. This role ensures clients receive outstanding customer service and that the office environment is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and functionality. Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, liaising with vendors, and supporting tenant needs.
The key functions of this role include;
Client & Office Management
* Serve as the main point of contact for all tenants.
* Maintain high client satisfaction through excellent service and support.
* Manage client onboarding processes, including office tours, agreements, and renewals.
Facilities & Operations
* Ensure the office space is clean, secure, and well-maintained.
* Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and office setup with contractors and service providers.
* Monitor and manage office supplies, furniture, and equipment inventory.
* Conduct office tours for prospective clients and prepare proposals when needed.
* Develop relationships with brokers, agents, and partners to support lead generation.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
This position requires 2 days on site (which eventually will become 3), from 9AM to 5PM, there is also parking available
