The Client: My client is a hugely successful, global Fund Manager. Their Sydney office has grown rapidly over the last ten years and they have a low turnover due to the effort that they put into ensuring that all staff feel empowered and are treated fairly and with respect.
Key Responsibilities:
* Executive assistance to senior management in the form of diary management, travel bookings and arranging meetings.
* Organise travel arrangements and corporate events, including boardroom lunches and client-facing functions.
* Ensure smooth office operations, including managing meeting logistics, resources and the general presentation of the office.
* Support and plan road-show efforts before (presentation materials, meeting organisation, travel, confirmations), during (logistics) and after (follow-ups, thank you notes) the events.
* Support and organise marketing and client events including dinner/lunches, presentations, and other promotional activities.
* Manage and answer all queries via phone or email in a timely manner.
Experience Required:
* Experience working as an Executive Assistant within a professional and fast paced environment.
* Highly developed organisational and time-management skills with an ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and work efficiently and independently.
* Enthusiasm and an ability to demonstrate proactiveness and efficiency with workload.
* Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
* A team first attitude and a willingness to help in general tasks across the business as and when they arise.
