Job Description
We are seeking an accomplished Network Engineer to manage the day-to-day operations of our client networks. This role involves monitoring and responding to incidents, planning and deploying updates, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align network designs with business objectives.
* Under direction from senior engineers, you will oversee the deployment and configuration of network infrastructure components.
* You will create and execute test plans to validate network designs and configurations.
* Produce comprehensive documentation, including as-built designs and network diagrams.
* Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for network-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience and understanding of ICT infrastructure, including LAN, WIFI, and servers and systems.
* At least 5+ years' experience in an ICT Network Engineering role at level 2 hands-on capacity.
* Experience in wired and wireless LAN/WAN networking technologies deployments and troubleshooting.
* Well-developed understanding of service management principles and procedures, ICT service strategies, and lifecycle plans.
* Understanding of key network and systems security best practices.
* Ability to demonstrate previous experience working in a project team.
* Implementation: Oversee the deployment and configuration of network infrastructure components.

* Documentation: Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation, including as-built designs and network diagrams.
* Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for network-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.

* Strong communication and customer service skills are a must.
* Advanced organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
* Fluency in spoken and written English.
