Monash Health is Victoria's largest and most comprehensive health service. For more than 170 years, Monash Health and its predecessors have provided safe, high-quality healthcare for people at every life stage. With 25,500 employees, we provide care to south-eastern metropolitan Melbourne and rural Victoria from over 40 locations, via telehealth, within local communities and in people's homes.

We recognise the value of equal employment opportunity. We are committed to patient safety, promoting fairness, equity and diversity in the workplace and to Child Safe Standards. At Monash Health we are relentless in our pursuit of excellence and work to our six guiding principles and our five ICare values.

About Monash Doctors

To help grow your career, there are more than 1,900 Junior and 1,700 Senior Doctors at Monash Health in over 200 medical specialties. We offer unparallel opportunities in Victoria's largest & most clinically diverse teaching health service.

About Monash Children's

We care for more than 100,000 children every year.

Monash Children's Hospital is part of Monash Health, Victoria's largest healthcare service and one of only four accredited Academic Health Science Centres in Australia. We have access to the world's leading medical minds which are turning research findings into better health outcomes for our patients.

Monash Children's Hospital is a network of paediatric healthcare services across three sites - our main campus in Clayton (co-located with Monash Medical Centre) and satellite sites at Dandenong and Casey Hospitals.

Monash Children's Hospital is also the Victorian Referral Centre for many low-volume and high-complex cases. Our services are linked to an adult service, allowing us to provide transition-of-care as children grow older and move to an adult service.

We deliver specialised, innovative, family-centred care and believe strongly in putting patients first and striving for exceptional care and outstanding outcomes.

About the Diabetes Unit

The Diabetes Unit is a large multidisciplinary unit covering all 6 Monash Health sites integrating with Community Health.

The aim is to provide integrated, transitional care across the community to acute sector continuum. Diabetes management is primarily focused on the ambulatory care setting and the unit now has 16 ambulatory care services across all ages and support needs. The Monash Health Diabetes Unit is located at both Dandenong Hospital and Monash Medical Centre in the Special Medicine Centre.
