Position Summary
As Vendor Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and strengthening our global supplier partnerships across apparel, accessories and footwear. This role focuses on building trusted vendor relationships, driving supplier performance, and supporting the development of a resilient, transparent and responsible supply chain.
Working closely with the product teams, you will oversee a portfolio of strategic vendors, ensuring alignment with our commercial objectives, quality standards and ethical sourcing commitments.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and manage strong partnerships with apparel manufacturers, footwear suppliers, accessories vendors and raw material partners
* Lead structured vendor performance management, monitoring quality, delivery, compliance and capability metrics
* Conduct regular vendor reviews and strategic planning discussions with key suppliers
* Support commercial negotiations and long-term supplier agreements
* Identify opportunities to strengthen vendor capability, operational performance and innovation
* Partner with suppliers to improve supply chain transparency, traceability and responsible sourcing practices
* Contribute to the development of a diverse, resilient and high‐performing global supplier base
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in vendor management, sourcing or supply chain within the fashion industry
* Strong understanding of apparel manufacturing, with exposure to footwear and accessories supply chains highly desirable
* Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with global vendors and manufacturing partners
* Confident in commercial discussions, supplier negotiations and performance management
* Strong knowledge of global manufacturing environments and supply chain dynamics
* Interest or experience in sustainability, ethical sourcing or traceability initiatives is highly regarded
