Customer Service Representative
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-obsessed individual to join our team as a Customer Advisor. As a key point of contact for customers, you will deliver a seamless and tailored experience every day.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Support our branches by being the first point of contact for customers.
• Identify suitable products and services for customers, such as account opening, unsecured lending, and banking transactions.
• Demonstrate digital banking options for customers, making banking simple, easy, and secure.

Work Arrangements:
The role requires working Monday to Friday, with set hours: 9:00 am – 4:30 pm (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday) and 9:00 am – 5:15 pm (Thursday).
Your home branch will be Dapto, but your skills and expertise will also be required to cover Wollongong, Shellharbour, Kiama, and Nowra. A licence and transport are essential.
