About your new Role
Your role sits within Brighter Super's Portfolio department and reports directly to the Head of Portfolio. This role is critical to delivering fund-wide programs and cross-functional projects that will support the delivery of our strategic plan. This role is reliant on strong key business stakeholder relationships to support the development and analysis of user-centric business requirements under the EPMO at Brighter Super.
* Develop strong working relationships with business stakeholders at all levels across all Business Units and Support functions.
* Identify gaps and improvements to our current business analysis methodologies ensuring alignment to our Governance and delivery management frameworks, practices and processes.
* Document high-level requirements, user stories and detailed acceptance criteria.
* Facilitate requirements workshops with internal and external teams, showcase and UAT sessions.
* Conduct training sessions with stakeholders and end users and prepare training and supporting documentation.
* Raise and support mitigation and resolution of risks and issues using established tools and frameworks.
About You
You bring proven experience as a confident and capable Business Analyst, with experience within the Financial Services sector. Your skill set allows you to analyse complex problems, translate business needs into clear requirements, and contribute effectively to strategic and operational improvements. You are an experienced and confident BA with experience within the Financial Services Sector:
* Facilitated workshops and are very confident in your own presentation skills
* Proven ability to successfully validate and document requirements for developers and testers in form of epics, features and user stories.
* Extensive experience in working in Agile environments with a cross functional team
* Ability to work autonomously in an environment with shifting priorities and timelines
