**Your Role**:
As Travel Claims Assessor you will learn to help individuals whom require medical or travel assistance whilst travelling for work or leisure. This is a permanent full-time position that will see you providing efficient administrative and claims management support with professional customer service to all of our clients.
**You will add value to Gallagher Bassett across the following**:
- Learn to create and assess claims to process within 10 business days
- Communicate effectively between; insurer, broker and insured
- Process claims with attention to detail and correct data entry
- Operate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Manage daily workflow to maintain KPI's in a fast-paced working environment
- Attend daily team meetings and internal and external training courses to enhance own professional development and technical knowledge
**We're interested in hearing from people who possess**:
- Tertiary qualification in a business/health related discipline (preferred, not essential)
- Ability to work independently and autonomously
- Time management and organisational skills
- Strong Written communication skill
- Ability to use initiative/ be pro-active
- Knowledge of general business and administrative practices
