The RoleVarious Maintenance Shutdowns and Project worksConduct or participate in daily pre-startsSchedule: Prepare and manage daily maintenance schedules, allocating tasks to team membersCoordinate Projects: Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance projects, ensuring they meet quality and safety standardsBudget Management: Contribute to the development and management of maintenance budgetsIdentify, assess and control workplace hazards: Recognise and mitigate potential hazards in the workplaceManagement of Blue-Collar Safety, Quality & Schedule: Ensure the safety, quality and timely completion of tasks by blue-collar workersParticipate in all HSE initiatives: Engage in Health, Safety and Environmental initiativesCoordination of Subcontractors: Manage and coordinate the activities of subcontractorsUpdate Management Staff on schedule and forecast activities: Keep management informed of schedules and upcoming activitiesAbout YouTo be successful in the role you will possess the following:
