The Opportunity
EY Tax Managed Services transforms our clients’ non-core but critical activities with easy-to-integrate solutions that alleviate burdens in tax, risk, compliance, finance, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with and report to the MS Tax Deal Architect / Tax Solution Architect on projects.
Leverage expertise in areas such as:
Tax, reporting, and outsourcing
Accounting, finance reporting, and outsourcing
Financial services industry specialization
Business, technology transformation, and consulting
Design solution workstreams covering people, processes, and technology for pursuits
Design target client solutions, transition and transformation programs based on scalable models
Work on complex pursuits as the Business Architect, collaborating with various teams
Contribute to the design and development of the Tax managed services offering
Document knowledge and artifacts to support future pursuits
Support the development of standardized assets across offerings and stages
Skills and Attributes for Success
To qualify for this role, you should have:
1-2+ years of experience in areas such as:
Tax compliance, reporting, accounting, finance, outsourcing, or financial services
Business, technology transformation, and consulting
Business case analysis skills
Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables
Commercial acumen and understanding of pricing models
SOLUTION-oriented problem-solving attitude
Challenger mindset with attention to detail
Ability to think strategically and tactically
