The Onsite Facilities Manager will play a tangible role in delivering outcomes for EvolveFM and DCCEEW across the Tasmania property portfolio. You will grow and apply your knowledge of facilities management while working with a caring and curious team of professionals who encourage each other to share ideas and grow our knowledge. Key to this role will be the Collaboration

Main Duties

* Build and maintain positive relationships with DCCEEW team members, landlords, onsite staff members and downstream contractors.
* Asset Management.
* Support the delivery of the Property Asset and Maintenance Plans/Schedules Facilities Management.
* Oversee preventative, routine and reactive maintenance works in accordance with Property Asset and Maintenance Plans/Schedules.
* Provide leadership, mentoring and support to other team members.
* Work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to problem solve, identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities, and deliver positive outcomes.

Experience

* Qualifications in Facilities Management or Property Trade Qualification, Or significant experience in the property maintenance sector.
* Experience in Facilities Management
* Track record of managing preventative, routine and reactive maintenance works in accordance with Property Asset and Maintenance Plans/Schedules.
* Engagement and management of contractors and service providers to complete maintenance requirements. Proven ability to develop and maintain strong and positive professional relationships with all stakeholders.
* Good technical knowledge of property facilities management, within a critical infrastructure environment an advantage, and experience with the delivery of Planned Preventative Maintenance requirements.
* Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
