About The Role
Our client is expanding their allied health team and seeking an enthusiastic OT to join a vibrant, multidisciplinary clinic. You'll manage a caseload based on your clinical interests and experience – working with children, adults, or a blended caseload, depending on your preference.
What You'll Do
* Conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions
* Collaborate with families, carers, and other professionals
* Maintain clear documentation and contribute to goal setting and reviews
* Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development
What We're Looking For
* Qualified Occupational Therapist (AHPRA registered)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A genuine love for helping people achieve independence and joy in daily life
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
