About the Role
Are you passionate about graduate researchers, and providing them the support to succeed?
This is an exceptional opportunity to join the Research and Enterprise (CRE) team and actively contribute to enhancing the experience of graduate researchers and their supervisors across a range of dynamic projects.
You’ll work to implement initiatives that will enhance the graduate research experience for our more than 5000 graduate researchers.
Our graduate researchers undertake their degrees because they are inspired to make a difference in their field of study, and you will have a profound and meaningful impact on supporting and inspiring these talented individuals, empowering them to drive positive change in their respective fields of study.
Your responsibilities will include:
4. Lead a whole of University program to examine all aspects of the graduate researcher experience
5. Identify opportunities to enhance the experiences offered to graduate researchers and improve consistency in their branding and promotion
6. Develop and implement Indigenous graduate researcher success initiatives, liaising closely with Associate Deans Indigenous and relevant colleagues
7. Liaising with relevant colleagues, support diversity and inclusion initiatives relevant to graduate research
Who We Are Looking For
You will have highly developed skills and capacity to build relationships, engage multiple stakeholders and negotiate through influence, as well as:
8. A relevant qualification and/or relevant experience
9. Demonstrated experience in developing and managing strategic plans
10. Ability to work well in a complex, ambiguous and fluid environment
11. Capacity to analyse data to inform program development
