About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Group Trainer PT Coach to join our energetic team at F45 Duncraig. As a Casual or Part-time Group Trainer PT Coach, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring our members through high-intensity group training sessions that challenge and motivate them to achieve their fitness goals. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the growing F45 community in Duncraig, WA 6023.
What you'll be doing
Delivering engaging and effective group training sessions that adhere to the F45 workout methodology
Providing personalised coaching and support to members to help them reach their fitness objectives
Maintaining a safe and motivating training environment for all participants
Collaborating with the broader team to continuously improve the member experience
Actively participating in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your own skills and knowledge
Ensuring all equipment and facilities are well-maintained and ready for use
What we're looking for
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Group Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer
Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and program design
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively motivate and engage members
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
Relevant fitness certifications (e.g. Certificate III/IV in Fitness, Sport Science Degree, etc)
