We are looking for experienced disability support workers, with an understanding of mental health, schizophrenia and positive behaviour support management to support our independent clients in a SIL home in Caboolture.
What You'll Be Doing
* Provide high-quality support and care to the participant in accordance with their care plan
* Assist with daily living activities, including medication administration and meal preparation
* Offering calm, consistent emotional support and strategies in line with PBS plan
* Engage in meaningful, active supports to promote independence and quality of life
You will have the opportunity to pick up additional shifts with other clients in North Lakes, Morayfield, Burpengary and Murrumba Downs.

Ideally you will have
* Previous disability experience with mental health
* Certificate III in Individual Support or similar
* Current First Aid and CPR
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
* Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
* Current driver licence and own vehicle
