The Third in Charge (3IC) is an entry-level leadership role dedicated to elevating the in-store experience through strong selling, exceptional customer service, and team performance.
This role is designed to develop future leaders by building the skills needed for progression within the business. The 3IC leads from the floor coaching, giving real-time feedback, and role modelling the behaviours and standards that bring our brand to life for every customer.
Working across all areas of the store, the 3IC is not tied to one department. Instead, you play a key role in driving sales and service by lifting the consistency, energy, and execution of the shop floor, ensuring every moment with the customer reflects our brand at its best.
* Drive the store team to deliver the brand customer experience within the department
* Lead the department to deliver store operational excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities
* Understand the customer and make their needs a primary focus
* Support with building team capability and strong succession planning for the success of your store and the Group
* Actively maintain a safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeing
* Understand the brand and business strategy and communicate to the team their part to play
* Role model Country Road Group (CRG) cultural attributes, to create and consistently build a team experience that encourages learning, ownership and shared success
