Overview
The purpose of this role is to provide specialist advisory and consultancy services to the workforce and delegates across the Health Service in relation to HR, ER and industrial relations matters including generalist HR, entitlements, discipline, investigations, grievances, appeals, public interest disclosures, performance management and official misconduct.
