About the Role
* Coordinate and administer planned and unplanned maintenance across City facilities
* Ensure works are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed service levels
* Work closely with internal teams, contractors and community stakeholders
* Play a key role in maintaining safe, functional and well-presented public assets
Key Responsibilities
* Prioritise and coordinate maintenance requests and work schedules
* Raise work orders, obtain quotes, manage purchase orders and reconcile invoices
* Monitor contractor performance, budgets and work outcomes
* Maintain accurate records, databases and reporting systems
* Liaise with tenants, user groups and internal departments
* Provide administrative support including document preparation and meeting coordination
What You Need
* Experience in facilities maintenance, property, or a similar environment
* Strong administrative, organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Knowledge of SharePoint, Teams and Planner (desirable)
* Understanding of maintenance or contract administration processes (desirable)
* Current C Class Driver's Licence
* National Police Certificate (issued within the last 6 months)
