This role will require your dedication and flexibility to help maintain this business's high standards of HR services.**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in managing employee records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Assist in end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing relevant materials and paperwork
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and general questions
- Collaborate with HR team members on particular projects and initiatives as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Previous experience in HR administration or related roles is preferred
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS platforms are highly regarded
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a collaborative team
