· Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of our current inventory to encourage customers to make a purchase
· Prospecting new business opportunities to maximise revenue through sales
· Effective negotiation techniques implemented throughout the sales process
· Discuss the method of sale, costs and delivery times with the customers
· Assist in setting up the showroom floor for promotions and putting new models on display
· Liaise with lenders and other parties to the transaction to ensure the terms and conditions of the contract are adhered to
· Ensure you promote, develop and xtend Casali’s business interests and reputation through the provision of exceptional customer service
· Coordinate appointments and attend to client enquiries
· Develop a rapport with clients in order to build strong business relationships and networks
· Maintain clear lines of communication with all parties involved in the sales process
· Effective scheduling and time management to ensure maximum efficiency of resources
· Maintain a strong position in relation to market competitors through exceptional service
Appropriate maintenance of all paperwork, documents and records
· Assist with other general duties as required
· Maintain a friendly and approachable attitude towards customers and staff and a clean and professional appearance
· Respect all equipment and property and use with care to avoid unnecessary damage
· Attend meetings, as required
· Develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and customers
· Assist in developing a strong team philosophy within the company
· Maintain up to date knowledge of all relevant industry regulations and standards
· Keep work areas tidy and clean
