The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Senior Associate to become an integral part of our high performing Global Loans practice. This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of international finance, where you will contribute to complex transactions and develop your legal expertise in a supportive and intellectually stimulating environment. Our widely acknowledged, first class Global Loans team specialises in advising our clients on all aspects of complex financing transactions across corporate finance, leveraged and acquisition finance, real estate finance, infrastructure finance, structured finance and asset finance and leasing.

We are interested in hearing from people who have:
* 5+ years legal transactional banking and finance experience gained within a top-tier law firm or respected mid-tier or international law firm.
* Experience in Corporate Finance is highly desirable.
* Strong academic background and record.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proven track record of working and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills.
* The ability to be team-focused and to also work independently.
* A proactive, positive and energetic approach with a commitment to providing excellent service, and a desire to interact with the market and build client relationships.
