Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Supervisor located in Melbourne, VIC. The Construction Supervisor will oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensure compliance with safety regulations, manage and coordinate workers on-site, conduct inspections to ensure work meets quality standards, and communicate effectively with clients and team members. The Construction Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining project schedules, resolving any issues that arise on-site, and ensuring all work is completed to specifications.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision experience
- Robust Communication skills for effective coordination
- Inspection experience for ensuring quality standards
- Knowledge of Construction Safety regulations and practices
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Relevant certifications in construction management or related fields are a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision is preferred
