A renowned leader in the piling industry with over 50 years of expertise, is seeking experienced Project Manager to join their team. They boast some of the most seasoned professionals in Australia and specialize in providing expert foundation design and construction solutions across various sectors including commercial, industrial, residential, infrastructure, mining, and resources.
Project Overview:
The project at hand is a major road extension project in the Central Coast, a significant undertaking with a budget of $1+ billion. This project offers an exciting opportunity for Project Manager to contribute to the expansion and enhancement of crucial infrastructure in the region.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the entire piling project, from planning and execution to completion and handover.
* Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Coordinate with engineering teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Oversee site operations, including piling activities, site logistics, and safety protocols.
* Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
* Prepare regular progress reports and updates for senior management and project stakeholders.
* Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project team.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; advanced degree or professional certification in project management preferred.
* Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector.
* In-depth knowledge of piling techniques, foundation design, and construction methodologies.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire multidisciplinary teams.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
* Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
