**Job Title:** Assistant Store Manager
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate retail professional to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. This is a full-time role working on a Tuesday-Saturday roster (9am - 5pm) in our Port Macquarie store.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and coach a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
* Drive sales performance and embed operational consistency across the team.
* Support a people-first culture aligned to our core values.
* Partner with the Store Manager to drive store performance and foster a customer-centric culture.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* 2-3 years' experience in retail sales with a proven track record of achieving targets.
* Strong commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset.
* Ability to coach, guide and motivate teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Resourceful with a can-do attitude and ability to solve problems and provide solutions.
* Able to balance customer care, team development and administrative tasks.
