Maintenance & Facilities Manager

What you'll do
* Lead the site F&M team in managing all matters relating to F&M operations, manual handling engineering, risk, and compliance.
* Ensure that the site facility and assets are managed in accordance with relevant Australian Standards, Codes of Practice, local and statutory regulations, landlord and insurance requirements, and Primary Connect's standards, policies and procedures.
* Monitor and manage F&M contractor works and activities, ensuring all works are safely completed in line with Primary Connect policies and minimise disruption to occupants and operators.
* Conduct and complete national, regional and state DC property and F&M related inspections as per nominated frequencies via the nominated platform.
* Lead procurement of site‐specific non‐residential services and contracts in line with WOW and Primary Connect procurement guidelines.
* Act as point of call for site‐specific technical and maintenance advice, supporting onsite operational, safety, asset protection and other WOW teams and contractors.
* Formulate and deliver operating expenditure budgeting and forecasting.
What you'll bring
* Previous experience in a similar Facilities or Maintenance management role.
* Previous experience with contract and contractor management.
* Strong knowledge of fire services (AS1815:2012), the Building Code of Australia, hydraulics services, electrical and lighting systems, mechanical systems, automation systems, MHE mobile equipment and security systems.
* Passion for building positive relationships and influencing through collaboration.
* Strong facilities and/or property industry experience, or industrial/Building Engineering trade background (desired).
* High attention to detail.
* Good physical fitness and comfort being on your feet throughout the day.
