Furniture Sales Associate (Full time) – Leading Retailer in Aspley, QLD.
Role
Join one of Australia's fastest-growing furniture retailers as they expand into Brisbane. Our client is seeking a motivated associate to deliver outstanding customer experience and drive sales across modern collections, including sofas, armchairs, coffee tables, and home décor.
Responsibilities
* Help customers find the perfect furniture and décor pieces
* Drive sales and exceed personal and team targets
* Provide exceptional customer service, in-store and over the phone
* Follow up leads and inquiries to convert them into sales
* Maintain showroom presentation to premium standards
* Process orders using in‐house systems
Qualifications
* Available to work both weekend days
* Background in retail, hospitality, or customer service
* Passionate about sales and customer engagement
* Driven by targets and results
* Strong communication and people skills
* Comfortable with basic computer tasks
* (Bonus) Experience in premium products, furniture, or design

Working Hours
* Store opening hours: Mon to Sat 9am to 5pm, Sun 10am to 5pm
* Ordinary hours: Mon to Fri 7am to 9pm, Sat 7am to 6pm, Sun 9am to 6pm
* Must be able to work both Saturday and Sunday
* RDO – two days during the week (Mon to Fri)
* 38 hrs per week
