Norwest Private Hospital's Coronary Care Unit is seeking a motivated Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) who is eager to influence clinical excellence, support professional growth, and contribute to a culture of high‐quality, evidence‐based care. In this pivotal education and leadership role, you will work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Coordinator and our Education and Quality teams to deliver impactful training, mentoring and clinical support across the Coronary Care Unit.

What You'll Be Doing
* Partner with the NUM, Clinical Coordinator and Clinical Nurse Consultant to create engaging learning opportunities that empower staff
* Lead CCU orientation and induction for new team members
* Provide direct clinical guidance, coaching and mentoring to the CCU team, graduates and students
* Design and deliver contemporary, evidence‐based education programs
* Contribute to a skilled, confident and high‐performing workforce
* Communicate effectively and collaborate with the wider leadership team
* Work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary environment
* Drive quality improvement initiatives
What You'll Bring
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Minimum 5 years' post‐graduate experience in Cardiac Nursing
* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE)
* Experience with e‐Learning platforms
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Postgraduate study (e.g., Masters in Education or relevant qualification)
* Previous experience in an educator role

Note: If you are successful in the role, you will receive a salary based on years of relevant registered nursing experience against the current Healthscope and NSWNMA/ANMF - NSW Nurses and Midwives' - Enterprise Agreement 2024, with a range from $57.82 - $59.73 per hour.
