Responsibilities
4. utilising sales/marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies; understanding their companies and their work environment
5. advertising open positions by placing job adverts; attracting candidates and building relationships with them
6. using internal databases to match the right candidate to the client's vacancy
7. arranging interviews with potential candidates and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client
8. preparing CVs to forward to clients regarding most suitable applicants
9. regular candidate care and client care
Qualifications/experience:
10. Previous experience in headhunting
11. Strong communication skills written and verbal
12. Initiative and dedicated
13. Customer service or administration experience is advantageous
14. Ability to track progress (amount of calls, CV’s sent and interview requests)
