Remuneration: Comprising salary between $128,117.00 - $130,806.00 per annum, employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%)

About the role
This is a Monday to Friday business hours role, no on-call, giving you the space to enjoy island life. This position is primarily leadership-focused, with less day-to-day clinical work and more responsibility supporting the service, the team, and operations. You'll be a key leader in a close-knit service, where your decisions and leadership will have a real and immediate contribution to Torres Strait communities.
Responsibilities
* Support the NUM's in leading and coordinating the service
* Step in and keep things moving - calm, organised, and solutions-focused
* Manage competing priorities in a dynamic, sometimes unpredictable environment
* Use strong computer and administrative skills to support rostering, reporting, and day-to-day operations
* Build genuine relationships with staff and community
* Be flexible and willing to step in where needed
