About the Role
We're looking for a Design Manager to oversee the design of a major project redevelopment valued at $250M+.
* Coordinate the project brief, scope of works and technical documentation used to manage the construction process.
* Maintain design records and documentation, ensuring drawings and approvals are coordinated as required.
* Chair design meetings with key stakeholders, providing recommendations and timely technical advice.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience as a Design Manager, Senior Design Manager, Senior Project Manager or Technical Director within the construction industry and ideally have worked on major projects or developments with significant capital value.
* Experience with automation and conveyor systems (highly regarded).
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across complex project teams.
* High attention to detail and a customer‐focused mindset, with the ability to manage risk and stakeholder impacts effectively.
* A collaborative, team‐oriented approach, committed to delivering outstanding client outcomes.
* Qualifications in Architecture, Project Management, Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.
