We are hiring Regional Solar and Battery Sales Manager to establish and lead our regional sales team in New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia!

This is an exciting opportunity to join us to establish and lead our regional sales teams and promote and sell our range of top-tier solar and battery products and solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
* Overseeing regional operations and management
* Developing market, building channels and achieving regional sales targets
* Negotiating major projects and signing off contract
* Collecting customer payments and controlling payment receivables
* Building and managing regional sales team
* Adhering to the company's gross margin and risk control policies
What We're Looking For
* Hold valid work rights in Australia
* Proven sales experience in residential, commercial and industrial solar and battery, as well as grid side solar PV and battery storage, or grid automation, intelligence or fire-fighting sales experience.
* Thorough understanding of and familiarity with new energy market and compliance requirements in Australia
* Strong compliance awareness and risk control mindset
* Excellent team building and management ability
* Impressive track record of achieving KPI
* Extensive established or potential customer resources and sales channels
Newly grads with high potentials are also welcome!
12 month territorial restrictions apply - marketing and sales activities are restricted to allocated states.

You Will Expect To Receive
* Commission: 20% of the gross profit of your sales on conditions met
* Bonus: $36,000, provided annual KPI is achieved of completion of $6 million (regional) and $3 million (individual) sales, details as per agreement;
* Profit sharing: opportunity to share up to 30% - 40% of the annual bonus pool based on individual contributions, equivalent of 35% of the net profit of the regional sales.
