Key Responsibilities
- Consult with customers to understand their kitchen design preferences and functional requirements
- Provide expert advice on design options, materials, finishes, and layouts
- Utilize our state-of-the-art showroom to showcase design ideas
- Prepare quotes and cost estimates for customers
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new kitchen technologies
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in kitchen design and sales (2+ years preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- A customer-focused attitude and the ability to exceed client expectations
- Previous experience working in a similar retail or design environment is an advantage
