We're looking for a casual Spa Therapist to join our welcoming Spa Lucca team. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who's passionate about wellness and hospitality, and is eager to provide a quality, personal, warm, and friendly service to our hotel guests.
Remedial and relaxation massage modalities combined with Body therapies including Himalayan body scrubs, LED therapy, and facials sit amongst the luxurious menu offerings. Trained in-house by our dedicated spa trainers, expand your skill set in hot stone or perhaps Lomi Lomi techniques.

You're someone who radiates warmth, professionalism, and positivity. You have an eye for detail, a genuine interest in health and wellness, and a calm, caring nature that helps guests feel at ease.
You will thrive with us if you:
Live and breathe exceptional customer service standards. You know your clients by their first name and you take pleasure in going above and beyond to ensure they have everything they need
Understand products and their ingredients and confidently recommend and prescribe these to your clients
Calm the busy minds of our clients via relaxation massage techniques to restore balance
Understand the importance of immaculate grooming and presentation in your work environment
This is a casual position, offering approximately ***** hours per week and requires availability to work across a 7-day roster.
Desired Qualifications
Certificate IV in Massage Therapy and/or Beauty Therapy, First Aid and CPR. Diploma of Remedial Massage is also advantageous but not essential.
All candidates progressing to the next stage of recruitment will complete relevant checks, including a criminal history check, reference checks, and right-to-work verification - all facilitated by The Wests Group.
