The Beach Hotel is an iconic live music and hospitality venue, just across the road from Main Beach in the heart of Byron Bay. Our high-volume kitchen team is passionate about cooking quality, seasonal dishes using local produce, and delivering outstanding food for our guests. We’re on the lookout for a range of talented and experienced Chefs and Cooks to join our incredible kitchen team. Byron Bay is Australia’s premier tourist destination, and this is your opportunity to be part of something truly special at one of its most beloved venues. Work in a supportive, team-focused kitchen alongside our Head Chef, with opportunities to learn, grow, and take responsibility in your section. We’re hiring casual positions across all levels, including Fryer Cooks, Larder, Pizza Chefs, and Chefs de Partie (CDP).
Qualifications / Experience
At least 2 years’ experience in a commercial kitchen
Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Robust organisation and attention to detail
Openness to giving and receiving feedback
