**What does the role entail?**
- Order Entry
- Supporting the sales team
- Using the CRM system
- Preparation of customer quotations and following up on these.
- Sales / Customer Service calls
- Following up customer queries on their orders via various departments
- There will be a requirement to take on general administrative tasks (greeting and servicing walk in customers, amenities coordination etc)
- Liaising with logistics team regarding quotes and deliveries
- Manage goods return and credit process in accordance with company policy
- Manage hire equipment process in conjunction with sales and warehouse teams.
