The role
We're partnering with a growing and well-established field services business seeking an experienced Scheduler/Service Coordinator to join their team. This is a fast-paced role where you'll have genuine autonomy, variety in your day, and the opportunity to make a real impact on business operations. This candidate will initially be based in Burpengary, with plans for the company to move down to Stafford in 2 months time. Key Responsibilities Manage daily and forward scheduling of technicians using ServiceM8 Coordinate urgent call-outs, reschedules, and changing priorities Act as the central point of contact for customers and field staff Prepare and issue quotations, converting enquiries into bookings Process invoices and assist with accounts follow-up Maintain accurate job records, customer information, and system updates About You Previous experience using ServiceM8 or a similar scheduling platform Experience coordinating trades, maintenance, or field service teams Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach Able to multitask and stay organised in a fast-moving environment Xero experience highly regarded What's On Offer Permanent full-time position with long-term stability Early start and early finish (6:30–7:00am start) Diverse role with plenty of responsibility and autonomy Supportive team environment within a growing business Opportunity to become a key member of the operations team If you're an experienced scheduler, service coordinator, or administrator looking for a role where you can take ownership and make a genuine impact, we'd love to hear from you.
