Professional Mental Health Practitioner Opportunity
Key responsibilities of the position include conducting thorough assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing individual and group therapy sessions.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Assessment & Planning:
o Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
o Identify strengths, needs, and risk factors; formulate clinical formulations.
* Intervention & Therapy:
o Provide evidence-based interventions (e.g., CBT, ACT, OT-based functional rehabilitation, social work counselling, psychiatric nursing strategies).
o Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and support relapse prevention.
* Maintenance & Documentation:
o Maintain accurate and timely clinical records to meet documentation requirements.
o Generate and submit claims using valid Provider Numbers and referral details.
